i can not change the vocabulary for the cohort creation and in the standar vocabolary is not update, i update the concept table with new values and i was able to create the cohort

For config-gis.js, I don’t think its missingness matters. But we do have a Git issue and proposed fix:

For the other issue, can you share your concept set expression?

but the source_damon seams correct and concepts (201606,32838) exist in cdm.concept and in source_to_concept_map.target_vocabulary_id
