The CDM working group meeting for 3/5/2019 is cancelled. We will pick back up in April after the EU symposium. In the meantime we will be discussing on the forums and github the following topics:

  1. New provider hierarchy
  2. ATC codes
  3. CVX codes
  4. Geographical hierarchy

Hi All,

We will be having a CDM workgroup meeting today at 1pm eastern. I will share some of the changes Patrick, Christian, and I decided on for how the documentation will be improved. Additionally I thought it would be good if we take a step back and go through the issues on the github and prioritize what needs to get done or discussed.

  • Incorporate THEMIS and Vocabulary WGs
  • Incorporate automated quality checks into the CDM
  • New meeting cadence
  • More detailed review of all changes

Hi @clairblacketer and @Christian_Reich. I’m not able to find notes or information on the group beyond October 2019. Has OMOP development stopped for the time being, or are notes going to a new location? Thank you!

Hi @Daniel_Smith I moved these notes to a new location because this post was getting rather long. I create a new post each month for our meetings, here is an example of the latest: CDM + THEMIS WG Meeting 18Aug2020.

I also keep all running meeting information and agendas here on our website here. I hope to see you at the next one!
