I’m doing some testing and creating some automated testing for my (PostgreSQL CDM) Atlas instance.
I’m currently using etl-synthea (https://github.com/OHDSI/ETL-Synthea) to build and populate the CDM (all steps including creating the CDM, uploading the terminology, etc.) using the 10k_synthea_covid19_csv file for data (https://synthea.mitre.org/downloads).
Are there other test data sets that are more commonly used for testing WebAPI, ETL-Synthea, and Atlas?
