Oncology Testing - Genetics

Trying to figure out vocabulary for cancer testing involving test such a genetic sequencing etc of tumors. For example:
Genoptix Lymphoid Molecular Panel

I can’t really seem to figure out how to approach this. It seems current dictionaries don’t cover this.

Better vocabulary support is part of this proposal.

For more traditional anatomic pathology results we are working in the Oncology Workgroup on ingesting the Nebraska Lexicon into the OMOP vocabulary tables. However, the Nebraska Lexicon also contains support for genomic results. See here:

Any help on converging/assessing these efforts would be appreciated.

More than happy to help. I’m new to all this. But I do have a background in IO drug development ass well as some CDISC experience. The referenced proposal makes a great deal of sense. I’m faced with mapping hundreds of tests RNA, Exon, Flow etc.
