Concept Sets - Explore Evidence generation pending

Hi all,

I’m trying to obtain negative controls from the public ATLAS.

When I press the Generate button in the Explore Evidence tab of the Concept Sets menu, the generation status doesn’t change from pending.

If I move to another menu and return, the generation status is reset and the Generation button is visible again.

Is it just me or is this happening to everyone else?

Hey Song. As step one, I think public ATLAS or the SynPUF database or both need a reboot. There are hundreds of jobs stuck in queue.

Hi @gregk & @gyeol99 I’ve restarted the public ATLAS (atlas-demo.ohdsi.org) WebAPI backend and addressed the job queue backlog. You can try to generate the negative controls again.
