Would anybody else like to be able to explicitly link a specimen to a pathology procedure?

I have a use case to relate specimens to the pathology procedure the specimen was collected on. I don’t want to resort to fact_relationship. Anybody else think this is a good idea? My ideas is to add procedure_occurrence_id to the specimen table.
