Where do I find the code that creates the concept_ancestor table

Hi there, from the documentation about the concept_ancestor table:

This table is entirely derived from the CONCEPT, CONCEPT_RELATIONSHIP and RELATIONSHIP tables.

Is there somewhere I can find that code? I’m trying to figure out why my results are different when traversing the concept_relationship dag, and using the ancestor table directly.

Probably not a lot of fun reverse engineering this. What’s the difference you are finding?
