Please help me locate overall policies regarding human subjects issues - what is the general OHDSI policy statement on informed consent, waivers, exemptions, identifiability of the data? It is probably on the first page of the website, but I haven’t been able to locate it! Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Tammi
