When will the risk window anchor feature be updated in PatientLevelPrediction package?
And is there an alternative to use the anchor feature right now?
I changed CohortMethod to use the risk window anchor arguments because people found the old way very confusing, and it also didn’t align with how this was represented in ATLAS. However, nothing changed in functionality, it was just a change in syntax.
The PLP package still uses its ‘old’ syntax, but you can do everything you could also do if the syntax changed. For example
addExposureDaysToEnd = TRUE
in PLP is identical to
endAnchor = "cohort end"
in CohortMethod.
