The GitHub states it was added in v5_3, however, it is not in the v5.3 or v5.3.1 specifications. It is in the v6.0 specifications. Did the METADATA table have any changes between v5.3.1 and v6.0?

Any idea to the answer to the above? When was the Metadata table added to the CDM? Are the conventions and specifications the same as what’s on GitHub for v6.0?
Thanks!
There haven’t been any material changes to the table since it was adopted in 5.3. The Metadata and Annotations WG will begin a pilot of the new metadata proposed results tables by the 31st to then allow us to make a proposal to the CDM WG for a vetted set of tables.
@MPhilofsky the metadata table was added in CDM v5.3.0. It was in error that it was not added to the documentation, but there have been no changes to the table as we are waiting for the metadata WG and their recommendations. The only thing I have added is a prepopulated line in the table listing the CDM version.
