What is the concept_id suitable for 'silver in situ hybridization'

Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) or Silver in situ hybridization (SISH) is used to determination of HER2 gene status in breast carcinoma.

Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) concept_id is found in Athena
(http://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms/4142271)
But Silver in situ hybridization (SISH) not found in Athena.

Which concept_id should I use?
thanks.

It doesn’t seem that vocabularies distinguish SISH as a separate code, so all such cases are probably coded as FISH or CISH. It actually depends on the provenance of your data (if it’s a cancer registry/EHR/claims) and the sources vocabularies. For example, such procedures may be coded as CPT4 codes (here or here). You probably will need to explore your data more (e.g. characterize patients with breast cancer to see what codes were used).
