HCPCS code G0291 has invalid reason = ‘U’. There are 4 ‘Concept replaced by’ relationships where G0291 is pointed to by concept_id_1. All 4 of these relationships have an invalid reason = ‘U’. I do not see a relationship ‘Relationship replaced by’. Does it even make sense for a concept relationship to be marked as updated? Would not you just deprecate the relationship and replace it with a new one.
You are right. There are 68 such replacement records, which were introduced a few years ago. They are errorneous. There is generally no such thing as a updated relationship.
Will fix. Keep it coming. At some point, we will have all errors erradicated.
