What Concept ID to use for electroencephalogram (EEG) studies

Hi all:
I’m looking for some advice about what is the correct/best note_class_concept_id to use in the NOTE table for text document results of electroencephalogram (EEG) studies. I have searched through the vocabularies but nothing seems at an appropriate granularity.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
-Aaron

hello, @cohenaa . what do you mean by ‘note_class_concept_id’? can you please specify?

The note_class_concept_id is a field defined in the NOTE table:
http://ohdsi.github.io/CommonDataModel/cdm54.html#NOTE

The accepted concepts are linked from the above document:
https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms?standardConcept=Standard&conceptClass=Doc+Kind&conceptClass=Doc+Role&conceptClass=Doc+Setting&conceptClass=Doc+Subject+Matter&conceptClass=Doc+Type+of+Service&domain=Meas+Value&page=1&pageSize=15&query=

There is no concept here that specifies an EEG study report. So what concept to use?

Hello, here are some suggestions, as I see it:
-Diagnostic study Athena
-Evaluation Athena
-Neurology Athena
-Report Athena
These are vague, but vagueness is often the way to go when no ideal concept is found

How about using Neurology Diagnostic study note
https://athena.ohdsi.org/search-terms/terms/40771139

That’s at least a little more specific.
Thanks,

That looks like the best match so far
