We will discuss the plenary sessions, recap information on the Collaborator Showcase, focus on logistical information and answer any questions you might have.

MSTeams for Symposium: If you are already in OHDSI MSTeams, you should see the OHDSI2021 Symposium Team on the left side when you log into OHDSI MSTeams (for those who registered by Sept. 2); for those who registered after Sept.2, you should see the 2021 Symposium Team by Sept.8.
If you have not set up your OHDSI Teams account, you were sent emails last week. Please make sure you follow the instructions that were sent and that you accepted the invitation to join. For any technical issues in accessing Teams, you may contact support@ohdsi.org
Gather town for Symposium: The Collaborator showcase will take place in Gather town 9/14-15. Instructions with the link will go out Friday, Sept. 10 with all the details on how to join the virtual world. We are excited that over 100 presenters will be on display this year for posters, demos and lightning talks! Please note that the PASSWORD for Gather Town will be emailed after 5pm (ET) Monday, 9/13.
After 5pm (ET) on Monday, Sept. 13, you will also receive the Name That Collaborator! game card and the form to fill out for the “Best Contribution to the 2021 Showcase.” The best contribution winners will be named AFTER the symposium.
An agenda will be sent this week that will include calendar links for the plenaries that take place in MSTeams (if you are logged into Gather town, you may also view them there).
