The documentation for setting an administrator account says that the user should log out and log back in for the updates in tables sec_user and sec_user_role to become active. How can this be done? The screen shots in the following section show a corresponding menu option at the top right of the window, but this doesn’t exist in recent versions of the WebAPI (see https://atlas-demo.ohdsi.org/).
If you see the top right where the username is displayed, you can click on that link and you will be given the option to sign out.
The atlas-demo website does not have security enabled so you will not see that link.

Thanks, that gives me some direction. Security must not be enabled in my local instance.
