The first release of CALYPSO has been made available on github.

This application requires the latest version of WebAPI:

Introduction to CALYPSO:
Calypso is a study feasibility application which builds on top of CIRCE cohort definitions. Unlike CIRCE, which is single cohort focused, Calypso works with 2 main cohorts: the base population cohort from which to select people for a study, and a matching cohort which is the patients that meet all study criteria. Generating the study will make these cohorts available in HERACLES for further analysis.

Future Directions:
To be able to launch some of the HERACLES report analyses during study generation.
Tighter integration with HERMES
Concept Set Exploration
Multi-Database Support

Thank you, @cahilton, for pushing that quick fix to the oracle migration scripts. I thought I copied the create sequence from one of the prior scripts, but it must have been from the postgresql folder. My bad!
