Dear Community,

I’m happy to announce that the February 2025 release is already available in Athena.

This refresh included the following:

  • A new EORTC QLQ vocabulary

  • Rollback of CPT4 and HCPCS mapping to the Visit domain

  • Pre-coordination and domain revision of evaluation findings

  • Refresh of HemOnc and SNOMED Veterinary and implementation of the hierarchy of Routes as a part of the Community Contribution initiative

  • Refresh of SNOMED, MedDRA, LOINC, CPT4, HCPCS, ICD10PCS, RxNorm/RxNorm Extension, ATC, CVX, NDC/SPL, and ICD10GM vocabularies

  • Propagation and manual curation of mappings of ICD-family vocabularies, Read, OMOP Invest Drug, ICD9Proc, CDISC, and some source vocabularies

  • Improvements of concept relationship metadata predicates to correspond with the SSSOM format and the output of USAGI
