Concept 35211429 (Abnormality of albumin) is in the Measurement domain. It has a ‘Maps to value’ relationship to concept 4135493 (Abnormal) which is in the ‘Spec Disease Status’ domain. In doing an ETL the maps to value will go into Observation.value_as_concept_id. This will be flagged as an error by the Data Quality Dashboard because concept in value_as_concept_id should be in the ‘Meas Value’ domain. I created an issue for the vocabulary group to change the maps to value concept to a concept in the ‘Meas Value’ domain. Adding this as a topic in case someone else runs into the problem.
