Hello,
At the conference I spoke to Kristen briefly about this and she suggested I consider submitting a request for an OMOP vocabulary extension. We have thousands of custom procedure codes that are not in the vocabularies. What is the process/steps required to send this request. Should we submit a spreadsheet with code, description, and current counts? Is there a specific url/place to submit the request?

Yes! Let’s start with looking at your codes. If you can put your codes in a Google Sheet, that’s a great way to collaborate. We try to hold these discussions right here on the forum so others can learn too.
Along with the code, add the description/name/display_name for each code. And the context around the code is very helpful: name of the table, name of the field, provenance of the data (data comes from device/monitor output, data comes from physicians coding in a specialized unit/department/ward), EHR name, etc.
