Visit concept_id ambiguity

Per convention #9 of the Visit Occurrence table, concept_id = 4021968, ‘Patient self-discharge against medical advice’ may be used in the discharge_to_concept_id field. However, the domain_id for this concept = Observation. Should the domain_id be updated to Visit? The data quality tools will reprimand me for using a concept with domain_id = Observation in the Visit table.

This is an Observation. Not a Visit. Put it into the OBSERVATION table. Since there is no healthcare setting after the patient bolted (went home, and home is not a healthcare setting, unless there is a Home Visit by some Provider) make the discharge_to_concept_id=0.
