If you already have an OHDSI profile, please look over it and send me any updates you’d like made to your profile:
If you don’t have an OHDSI profile and want one, please send me the following information:
- Your name, title and organization as you would like them to appear on
your profile - A two-paragraph bio
- A head shot
- A list of selected publications that are relevant or noteworthy to OHDSI
Please remember to elaborate on any specific contributions you have made to OHDSI. Also, feel free to include any other information (e-mail, web site, etc.) that you would like to appear on your profile page.

If your database is already listed, please review the database information associated with your institution, if any information is out of date, please send me updates.
If your database is not currently represented in our table please send me the following information:
- Database Name
- Data Type
- Contact person and email (someone researchers can contact about running studies)
- Country
- Number of patients
- CDM status (CDM in progress, complete) and version
- Tools running
