Updates to cdm_source table for databases

There have been updates made to the DDL for postgresql, mysql, and oracle implementations of OMOP CDMv5, but access to the github is limited.

This forum topic is to request assistance with uploading the ddl updates for these three databases.

My current clearance in the OHDSI github.com repository do not provide the ability to branch and commit.

Hey Chris,

Are you trying to download the DDLs or submit a pull request with updates?

In other words, are you trying to get content from the repo or deliver content to it?

Hi Jon,

I am trying to push content after completing an update to the cdm_source table, specifically column vocabulary_version from VARCHAR(20) to VARCHAR(255) for the 3 databases listed.

I assume Martijn is subscribed to CDM-builders, but just in case I have cc’d him.

Chris, you need to submit a Pull Request for the owner of this repo to review.
