Updates on DICOM and Genomics Extensions for OMOP - 2024

Hello, I am looking to find out the latest progress on extensions to OMOP to accommodate DICOM and Genomics.

Looking at previous updates:

  1. Genomics Extension

Any updates and or if I can be pointed in the direction of working groups etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Melanie - does omics fall under one of these WGs?

Hi @EF-OMOP. Yes, the Oncology WG has an Omics meeting series, concerned mostly with somatic mutations in cancer. It is currently on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 9AM Eastern Time (GMT-5). The next meeting is this coming Tuesday. I believe if you sign up for the Oncology WG you’ll receive the meeting invitations.
