Unable to use tools (White Rabit, Rabit In Hat and Usagi)

Hi ,

I have tried to upload flat EMR files into OHDSI tools for their analysis. However, due to some idiopathic reasons, files are not uploaded into tools (White Rabit ).

Hence I have tried to make these Flat EMR xml files converting into EXCEL format, though it was not successfully uploaded into the tools for the analysis.

Also when I have downloaded White Rabit tool, in the same zip folder ” Rabit In Hat” files are available in that. However “Rabit In Hat” tool is not installed.

So now I have downloaded following tools:

  1. White Rabit- Downloaded and installed but not accepting EMR file as input.
  2. Rabit in Hat-Downloaded and unable to installed.
  3. Usagi-Downloaded and installed.(please guide on the same for how to use USAGI)
    Could you suggest how to overcome on this issues.

Please let me know for any concern.

Hi @Shailesh_Gabhane!

Almost all OHDSI tools assume that you have your data in a relational database management system, such as PostgreSql, SQL Server, or Oracle.

I recommend uploading your data in a relational database. In fact, I suspect that originally your data came from such a database?
