UK Biobank to OMOP MAPPING

Hi Everyone,

I’m working with UK Biobank data and need to do OMOP mapping.

I have come across a few papers but not technical documentation on the process/steps involved from UKB to OMOP Mapping.

Could someone pls direct me to any resources available pls?

Mapping is part of ETL , as you know better than me, like terminology mapping.
Please search for CDM & ETL, if it is what you are looking for.
