お世話になっております。
現在変換作業をしていますが、疑い病名の取り扱いについて皆様の経験を教えてください。
日本語だけだとなぜかうまく投稿できないので英語も一緒に投稿しました。
英語はあまり上手ではないので、変かもしれません。
電子カルテ内ではICDコードで病名がコーディングされていますが、システム的には疑い病名みたいなフラグがあります。
また、最も医療資源が提供された主な病名（主病名）というものがあります。
これらの処理をどのようにしたらよいか悩んでいます。
オプションとしてはいかが考えられます。
1.主病名だけ登録する
2.主病名と確定された病名を登録する
3.何らかの対応を行って疑い病名も登録する
個人的には変換リソースも関係もあって主病名だけかな、、、と思います。
みなさまのご意見をお願いします。

We are currently working on conversion, but please tell us your experience in handling suspected disease names.
In the electronic medical record, the disease name is coded with the ICD code, but systematically there is a flag like the suspected disease name.
In addition, there is the name of the primary disease name for which the most medical resources have been provided.
I’m wondering what to do with these option.
- Register only the name of the main disease
- Register the name of the disease that has been confirmed as the name of the main disease
- Register the name of the suspected disease by taking some measures
Personally, I think it is only the name of the main disease because of the conversion effort.
Please give us your opinion.
