Wanted to let you know about a GPT I just created on ChatGPT, ATLAS Coach - Concept Sets and Cohorts. The audience is really anyone that needs help creating cohorts with JUST the GUI. The initial intended use case was developed for Emory users, and so is scoped for Epic use cases (e.g., comparisons to workflows from Slicer Dicer and Reporting Workbench), and limited to just two primary features of ATLAS as the wider Emory Community is new to the tool.
All SQL and other Requests are refused, as it will ONLY focus on concept sets and cohorts for the GUI. It also will let users know about similar cohorts in the phenotypeLibrary (fyi, @Gowtham_Rao ) or at the very least link them to the main site.
I’m managing the version control from this repository, where others can fork and make a PR should they so wish, or create issues, etc. Note, version control is just copying and pasting the different componets into the GPT builder on OpenAI’s site, but at least there’s some versioning capability available!
