There is no data after the function Achilles of R package runs

Some analyses – particularly prevalence stats – do not have values for all strata. So it’s normal for some to have just a stratum_1 and count_value filled.

However, after running the Achilles function, there is a lack of many basic analysis data, such as patient gender, race, visit statistics and so on. There is also no data display on the atlas page. I can’t understand the data behind analysis_id = 2201
