The result of endoscopy

Hi all,

We are trying to convert endoscopy date in EMR to CDM.
However, I confuse what domain we can use is better.
I think it can be Observation or Measurement domain.
As follow examples, in that case,there are different classifications provided by result of endoscopy, Also I could not find concept ID.

This is a good question you are bringing up. These are stage classifications. We don’t have them right now. But in the oncology working group we are working exactly on these - on the cancers. The non-cancerous conditions should be treated the same way. They will be Measurements, with a direct link to the Condition.

How much time do you have?

We have two to three months. However, we can wait a time until the working group has done the project.
