Target vocabulary filter

Hello all,
I have a question about mapping - do we need filters on target vocabulary_id?
All concepts from field cdm.concept_relationship.concept_id_2 (where relationship_id = ‘Maps to’ and invalid_reason is null) can be used for populating concept_id fields regardless of their vocabulary, is it correct?

For example, there are concepts under domain drug from vocabularies ‘CPT4’ and ‘HCPCS’ that have mapping only to standard concepts from the same vocabularies and do not have mapping to RxNorm (e.g. concept_id = 2213428). Can we populate drug_concept_id field with such concepts?

yep., it should be OK, because 2213428 (that is a target here) has domain_id = ‘Drug’
@Christian_Reich since we don’t have those CVX mappings yet, we use HCPCS “Vaccine for Hepatitis A (2 dose schedule) injection into muscle, pediatric or adolescent” as a standard concept here, is it correct?
