Systematic Review of OMOP studies

Good morning,

We are looking at carrying out a systematic review of studies that use the OMOP Common Data Model and was wondering if it was possible to export the list of publications from the Community Dashboard page as a .csv or .bib file? I’ve done some pilot searches on PubMed and from doing a quick comparison I can see there are a few studies missing from the PubMed search, and I want to make sure I don’t miss anything. Having a bib file would make a full comparison that bit easier.

In addition, is anyone aware of any current ongoing systematic reviews/scoping reviews? We haven’t narrowed down the exact question yet and I want to make sure we’re not replicating work already done.

Many thanks,

Fran

Hi Fran,

I happen to have a recent export here: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/schuemie/OhdsiAuthorGraph/main/ohdsi-pubs.csv

I am not aware of other reviews.

Hi Martijn,

that’s great, thanks for this.

Fran

I made a Zotero group here: Zotero | Groups > ohdsi_publications

The library can be accessed with a local Zotero application or the web app here

Feel free to request admin access if you want to contribute.

  • OhdsiAuthorGraph: My attempt at translating what @schuemie posted to bibtex.
  • UtilizedOMOP: I used Elicit to find articles based on a set of 10 I identified from Uncleaned that used the OMOP CDM in their research.
  • Uncleaned: I used Harzing’s Publish or Perish and multiple APIs to do several searches and cast a wide net.

There is also the publication tracker on the OHDSI Community Dashboard OHDSI Community Dashboard @Paul_Nagy worked on. I wonder if we could get a bibtex export of that and throw it in Zotero for ease of use.

I submitted the export feature as request here

But I was refered to .json instead. I think it would be a great feature to add.

This is great, thanks, being able to export a .bib file would be ideal.

This is great, thanks - I’ve joined the Zotero group.
