Steps to upgrade tomcat

We are currently using apache-tomcat 8.5.75.
A security problem (CVE-2023-28708) with < 8.5.85 .
How do I upgrade tomcat for OHDSI/OMOP to 8.5.87 ?
Our installation run in Windows.
