Steps to set up Atlas and Achilles

Hello Community,

I have been setting up ATLAS and ACHILLES and went through the git for what all are available there. But I am unable to identify the sequence to set them up.
Can someone please provide the steps/sequence or a set up guide to set them up with everything in a flow so it will be helpful for other developers too.
