SqlRender vignette

Hi all,

Hope you all had a wonderful thanksgiving.

In the mean time, I’ve been working on a vignette for our SqlRender package.
The result can be found here:

I had to decide between creating this documentation in the OHDSI Wiki, or
sticking to the R tradition of providing vignettes as PDFs in the package.
Because KNITR makes it really easy to create vignettes, I went with that
option.

Thanks Martijn. Please resend the link in this post as the last part is cut off.

Not hard to convert from Knitr markdown to wiki markup. Will do that and post the steps.
