Spark OHDSI Discussion Call - September 20

All,

I’ve scheduled a call for September 20 at 10 am EST to discuss current developments in Spark SQL support of OHDSI tools. Anyone using Databricks or other Spark based platforms are welcome to join. Please reply here or DM me to get the invitation. If we get enough interest, perhaps we’ll make this a recurring working group.

Agenda:

  1. Current status of Spark support in OHDSI tools
  2. Sharing environment specs from the group
  3. Identifying what’s next
