Hello, everyone. When I want to install and execute Atlas, the document tells me that I need to set up and execute Achilles first. I have a question about Achilles. Is the vocabulary I downloaded from Athena directly imported into my data? Where should I find the data in my person table? The data in Athena does not import data from person.
That is expected, the OMOP vocabulary data from Athena only covers the vocabulary tables.
You will have to populate the other tables with the data from your own institution or with synthetic data.
