Some NDC codes valid from '2030-01-15', why?

Some NDC codes were found as they will be valid from ‘2030-01-15’ through ‘2099-12-31’.
Does anyone knows why some codes are valid ‘in the future’, or it is just an error?

Here are those codes,

These NDCs are not on the market yet, so for the start date they put an intended date. I guess FDA will update the database, but if it’s an issue it can be fixed in OMOP.
