Actually, I am planning to take leverage of the vocabulary developed by OMOP and OHDSI, specifically, SNOMED to LOINC, but when I was going through some web pages, I came across a given URL - http://www.ohdsi.org/web/wiki/doku.php?id=documentation:vocabulary:loinc, which says the mapping between SNOMED and LOINC is only with 1% coverage ( the last update of the web page was 2015). So I would like to know is this information correct? Or would you mind sharing the information on the mapping coverage on the aforementioned?
