A couple of points,
Neurological intensive care unit is present in core SNOMED, there is no need to add any new concepts.
After extensive discussions on the topic, the concepts of locations have been destandardized in OHDSI. Locations in SNOMED are physical locations, basically walls, and not something we expect from the neurological ICU (eg. a highly-equipped unit with a team ready to treat any neurological condition).
And finally - what is your analytical use case? If you want to see if patients treated by Neurologists recover faster than other patients, use providers.
