Simulating data on concomitanttly prescribed drugs such as statin and antibiotics

Hi there,
I would like to request for some assistance regarding simulation of records of patients on two concomitant drugs. I have tried to install the package “SelfControlledCaseSeries” with no success. Can someone kindly help? I just need this for even 20 patients and done in R.
