Seeking End-to-End Solution for Transforming Structured Medical Records to CDM with Human-in-the-Loop

Hello Community,

I’m currently involved in a project that requires transforming structured medical records, such as reports, discharge summaries, and other clinical documents, into the OMOP CDM. We are looking for an end-to-end solution that can automate this process, ideally with human-in-the-loop capabilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Our key requirements are:
Automated Data Transformation: The solution should be capable of ingesting structured clinical data and mapping it accurately to the OMOP model (or variant thereof) with minimal manual intervention.

Human-in-the-Loop: We need a system that allows for human review and correction during the data transformation process to handle exceptions and ensure high-quality output.

Compatibility with OMOP: The tool or platform is recommended to be compatible with the OMOP CDM, either directly or through easily implementable adapters.

We are open to exploring both open-source and proprietary solutions. If anyone in the community is aware of tools, platforms, or services that can meet these requirements, please share your experiences and recommendations.

Additionally, if there are any ongoing projects or collaborations within the OHDSI community that align with this need, I would appreciate the opportunity to learn more and potentially contribute.

Looking forward to your insights and suggestions!

Best regards,
