Testing Atlas with LOINC and SNOMED vocabularies loaded, some concepts don’t seem to load as expected.
If we use SEARCH function for ‘MCV’ in demo atlas: it returns 5 LOINC codes

when we replicate same search in local atlas it returns only 1, without the most frequently used code
/atlas/#/search?query=mcv
Is there an additional expansion step needed to confirm full vocabulary load?
