SCRIPPS neurological rating scale (SNRS)

Hi everybody,

I am currently working on a mapping project in which some neurological score is involved.
In the source database, the Scripps neurologic rating scale (SNRS) is recorded. I am trying to figure out on how to map it to a standard concept it, but in Athena I do not find a direct link.
Is there any suggestion for it?

Hello, @robertoguarnieri ! If you can’t find this scale in Athena but there is a great need in it for your mapping, you can create 2bil+ concept for it in your custom vocabulary. It is temporary solution. You can ask @Dymshyts for help and go to Psychiatry WG (projects:workgroups:psychiatry [Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics]) and visit this topic (How to store Psychiatric Scale into OMOP data base?). This is psychiatric topic, but related to neurology)

I think we can consider adding it to the OMOP Extension scale list.
