It may be confusing if we add a bucket code, but not the one that is supposed to be it. I’d suggest to stick to the SNOMED hierarchy and principles picking the “1. Sequela of COVID-19”. Otherwise, we’d need to map everything (Post COVID, ongoing COVID, Post ICU) to the long COVID concept that doesn’t sound completely clean.
Are we capturing a visit or condition? If condition, what’s the rationale behind the Observation Domain?
