Any report about Index can’t generate, and always loading.

These cohort reports have developed a bit of bit-rot but I can try to help…
You should look at your javascript console (ctrl-shift-i in chrome) and see if you see any errors there, it could be some kind of failure to load message that isn’t shown in the ui.
You should then check your WebAPI logs to see if any errors were reported.
