I’m working on a project to transform some registry data into OMOP. Has anyone ever tried to populate information about the institution that submitted the registry record, when that institution is not the care site? Any suggestions on how to represent that information?
What type of information about the institution would you like in the CDM? Are multiple institutions represented in your CDM or do all records come from one institution?
