Re-building Vocab-5

In India we use only few vocabularies like Snomed, ICD, Radlex and LOINC. I tried to rebuild Vocab 5 with the instructions given in the Github, but we ran into troubles in re-building them.Since we work on SQL server, we had to re-write the Queries presented in the folders.

Any help on SQL Server version of Vocab-5 or how we rebuild the vocabulary codes

Already sent you an email. Short answer: Don’t rebuild the vocabulary. Download it from http://www.ohdsi.org/web/athena. The loading scripts for SQL Server are provided.
