R 4.2.0 and HADES

Please be aware that there is an issue with R 4.2.0 combined with RStudio on Windows. The issue is that the rJava package crashes, and we use rJava a lot in HADES.

This is a known issue, and a patch for R is available that fixes it.

For now, I recommend not updating to R 4.2.0 on Windows, and wait for R 4.2.1, which I expect will include this patch.

R 4.2.1 has recently been released, I can confirm this issue has been resolved. So

Do not install R 4.2.0

Do install R >= 4.2.1
