Hi everyone, I have three questions regarding PharMetrics Plus data converted to OMOP:
-
“patid” vs “consl_patid”
When PharMetrics Plus is converted to OMOP, is “person.person_source_value” populated using “patid” or “consl_patid”? If “patid” is used, is there any way in the OMOP data to identify or retrieve the corresponding “consl_patid”? -
Auxiliary records
Is there a way to identify and filter out auxiliary records in the OMOP representation of PharMetrics Plus? Is there any source-specific field or OMOP table/column that can be used for this? -
Medical vs pharmacy enrollment
Is there a way in OMOP to distinguish and filter medical enrollment and pharmacy enrollment separately for PharMetrics Plus? If so, which table/field should be used?
Any documentation or guidance on these would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
