Hi , I am trying to map del17p, del11q, trisomy 12 and del13q biomarker results to OMOP. The source data contains each of the test code separately and qualitative result of absent or present. All the tests were performed using FISH. I don’ t have any other details in the source data. When I search for standard vocabulary, I get the loinc 82256-9 as a standard value. Can I use that to map all the above test codes? I wasn’t sure, if there is a way to differentiate the test values of each biomarker?
